TOURNAMENT FACE SHEET
Tounament Date : Friday, December 16th, 2011
Venue : Cosmo - TNGF Golf Course, Chennai
Eligiblity for participation : Handicap for Gents - max - 24 & for Ladies - max - 30
Tournament Details :
1. The tournament will be governed as per rules of the R & A
2. Each team can comprise of a maximum 2 players. Organization can enter multiple teams. Kindly photocopy the registration from and enter the additional team / teams.
3. Tournament format - stableford points.
4. Handicaps will be determined based on the Double Peoria System.
5. Tournament Committee (Ravi Katari-chairman, Alok Bhargava, Hemant P.Chordia, K.C.Raghunathan, Harish Murthi).
6. In all matters Tournament Committee's decision is final.
Other Information:
1. Open to Companies / Banks / Educational Institution / Central / State Government Employees / Armed Forces.
2. All employees should represent their respective organizations.
3. They should have been employed with their organization for a minimum of six months.
4. Minimum age of entry will be 21 years of ladies and gents.
5. Entries will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
6. The last date for receipt of entries will be 12th December 2011.
7. Entry Fee is inclusive of Breakfast & Lunch (16th Dec) and Dinner (17th Dec).
8. Please indicate if you and your spouse will attend the dinner on 17th December 2011.
9. Prize Distribution will be held on the 17th December 2011.
10. Draw will be made on 14th December and e-mailed to your registered e-mail id only.
11. Cheque / Draft will have to be drawn in favour of "Rotary Club Of Madras Charitable Trust".
12. Entries with completed registration forms along with the Cheque / Draft should be couriered to : "Media Mix" - No. 1 Kalkshetra Ave., 2nd street, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai - 600 041
Entries will be confirmed only on receipt of payment.
Regular Weekly Meeting
The Club meets every Tuesday, 1.00 p.m., The Ball Room, Taj Connemara Hotel, Binny Road, Chennai 600 002.
